PRRINN-MNCH is a broad-based Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) programme. Governance, systems, Operational Research (OR), community engagement, and activities around voice and accountability complement the MNCH service initiatives. A well developed monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework will provide evidence to back up achievements and teach us lessons for the future.
The website will be a forum to share these lessons. These will be posted on the site and will include OR results (including findings from the performance-based financing work), technical briefs on a wide variety of issues, and reports that will analyse and share progress as it unfolds.
The lessons will be both anecdotal and based on the rich data we are collecting through the M&E framework, the Health Management Information System (HMIS) and the OR. Specific issues that cut across a number of areas, eg progress with delivering free MNCH services and government uptake of innovative issues, will be tracked, documented and shared.
